About the Role
At Stradmont Solutions, we engineer specialised platforms and high-assurance workflow systems for institutions where precision and determinism are non-negotiable. As our Lead Distributed Systems Architect, you will spearhead core infrastructure topology, latency reduction, and fault-tolerant state synchronization across multi-region clusters.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and maintain resilient distributed topologies capable of zero-downtime execution and continuous partition recovery.
- Partner directly with executive leadership to evaluate emerging compute frameworks and infrastructure cost economics.
- Establish rigorous benchmarks, automated chaos testing, and deterministic distributed state protocols.
- Mentor senior engineers in concurrency patterns, distributed consensus, and clean abstraction boundaries.
What We Look For
- 7+ years designing and scaling distributed systems in production environments (Go, Rust, TypeScript, or C++).
- Deep mastery of consensus algorithms, transactional outbox patterns, and high-performance relational databases (PostgreSQL).
- Experience designing for multi-cloud and sovereign compliance guarantees.
